8 pm  Tai Chi Session and Mediation  Learn an arts of Tai Chi and Mediation, embracing the mind, body and spirit. Originating in ancient China, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. … The central focus is to enable the qi or life force to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body.



  At the end of each day we rest in meditation. This rest  is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens. Cleansing the mind, helps to learn to calm the mind. Meditation brings on good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication and assists in overall healing by connecting to an inner source of energy, relaxation and cleansing rejuvenation.
