Coconut no-moo Yogurt DIY

DIY yummy Coconut Yogurt

What You Need : Glass jars with lids, usually small mason jars are perfect
2  cans (14-ounce) of coconut milk
2 tps of AGAR AGAR FLAKES – available at asian markets and health food stores, or 2 tablespoons of TAPIOCA STARCH – available at most stores and health food stores
4 Probiotic capsules
2 TBS. Pure maple syrup

Makes about a quart of healthy dairy free yogurt

You can used canned or make your own easily with fresh coconut

Run the jars through the dishwasher to sterilize or You can warm the oven for about 5 minutes, until it reaches about 100°F, then turn off the heat — leave the light on to help keep the oven warm. Fill the jar(s)  with boiling water to sterilize them. Let stand a few minutes, then pour the water out.

Shake the can of coconut milk, open it, and pour it into a medium pot. Whisk until the milk is smooth and uniform.

Now let’s get this yogurt Thick!

With agar agar, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of agar agar flakes into the pot over the coconut milk — but don’t stir!    With tapioca starch, scoop out roughly 1/3 cup of the coconut milk and transfer to a bowl with the starch. Whisk this together until the starch is dissolved, then pour back into the pot.

Warm the coconut milk: Place the pan on the stove over medium heat and warm until the coconut milk starts to simmer. (The agar agar will also start to melt together.) Whisk the milk and turn down the heat to low. Cook on low, whisking gently , for 5 to 10 minutes, until the agar agar flakes are fully dissolved or the tapioca starch has thickened the mixture. Then cool the milk until it’s just warm to the touch.
After cooled to a warm,  Twist open the probiotic capsule and pour the powdery contents over the milk but not the capsule’s casing.. Whisk to combine.
Add the sugar or maple syrup. Whisk together well. Pour the coconut milk into the sterilized jars, screw on the lids. Place into the oven — turn the oven light on to keep the environment warm.  You can also place jars into a dehydrator at 110°F. Leave for 12 to 24 hours without disturbing.
Chill the yogurt: Place the set yogurt into the fridge and chill for at least 6 hours. The yogurt will become thicker as it chills. After this stage, you might find that the mixture has separated with a yellowish, translucent layer at the bottom and a thicker white layer on top. Stir to recombine or scoop off the top layer for thicker coconut yogurt. Keep coconut yogurt refrigerated and use within 2 weeks.

Freshly made Greek yogurt

For Greek-style yogurt:  Fold a cheesecloth  so it forms several layers and lay it inside a strainer. Set the strainer over a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the lined strainer.  Chill in your refrigerator for a few hours or overnight for even thicker yogurt

If your yogurt has a pink or grey discoloration on its surface, IT HAS BEEN contaminated with bad bacteria. Throw it away and do not eat it!

Meditating changes everything

MEDITATING, change your whole outlook <3

Step 1: Find a quiet, and prefferably dark, place where you will not be disturbed for 10 to 30 minutes. Find a surface (bed, couch etc) that you can lie down on and fully stretch out, making sure your back is straight (like when sleeping on your back).

Step 2: This may sound a little silly but it’s very important. Before you begin your meditation always do a little “grounding”. Just remind yourself of who you are. Sounds silly right? But trust me it’s important, I have come out of meditation not knowing where I am, or what clothes I’m wearing! So always do a little grounding before beginning and after finishing a meditation and you’ll be fine. It sounds a little scary, but really it’s not, even if you are a little dissorientated after a meditation, it last only a few seconds.

Step 3: After your “grounding” cover yourself with something. Find a blanket, big coat, or something similar to place over your body while lying down. If you can get NAKED! Do IT! You do not need to undress, but definitely take off your shoes or any bulky or uncomfortable clothing. Find something to place over your eyes. The blanket and eye covers are not completely necessary but they do make for a much more comfortable complete experience.

Step 4: Once you are nice and cosy there is a good exercise you can do with your mind to help with relaxation, I used it a lot when beginning and it really helps. First tightly contract you whole body, legs together arms by your side and then slowly let fall open. Let your feet fall apart, roll your shoulders slightly out so palms are face up. Begin by focussing on the very top of your head, focus on that part and relax it. Once the top of your head is relaxed move down to your forehead, focus on it and relax all the muscles there. Then move onto eyes, ears, cheeks, mouth, chin and all the way down to your toes!
You will be surprised how much tension you hold in each part of your body as you focus on and relax them!

Step 5: Once every part of your body is nice and relaxed and heavy, begin to focus on your breathing. (It’s very helpful as well to develop a little “abdominal breathing”, basically breathing from your stomach area. Place your fingers just below your belly button and try breath from this area when meditating, rather than from the upper part of your chest)

Focussing on your breaths in and out helps you from being distracted by all the thoughts buzzing around our heads. This is probably the most difficult aspect of meditation to perfect, to be able to block out all the thoughts flying around. Focus on your breathing, in, out, in, out, if your mind starts to wander just bring it back to your breathing, this will become natural after a few sessions.

Step 6: Once you are relaxed and focussed on your breathing, you may start to “drift off”, just allow this to happen, this is meditation! You may “drift off” and “come back” many times during one session. At first the things you see or experience may seem very random but as you become more experienced you may develop some control over your experiences! Another good mental exercise that can help bring on the “drifting off” state is to imagine yourself sinking slowly down into the ground, or floating weightlessly up into the air.

Step 7: When you are ready to get up, take your time, do your grounding again, repeat what you said to yourself before your meditation and you will not feel any dissorientation, and you will be ready to get on with your day feeling better and stronger.

And that’s it! Please keep in mind though that the state of “drifting off” may take many sessions to attain! Some people get it right away, some people take a little longer. For me I think it took about a week and a half of regular (almost every day) 10 to 30 minute sessions before I began to really “drift off” and enjoy the benefits of it.

So whether you feel like you need some relaxation time for yourself, need an energy boost in your day, or are looking to experince some of the deeper benefits, meditation is for you!

Meditation has really improved my life on many levels, it gave me the strength and desire to enjoy my life and my work, and helps lift a lot of the stress that’s piled on our shoulders. The best part is that it’s not a drug, it’s not a religion, you do not have to change your life or your beliefs to enjoy it. You will not get “addicted” to it like a drug. Once you have developed the skills you know it is there if you need it, or just feel like it :)

Have fun meditating Schmexies, Get Some!

The Apocalypse of Factory Farming

Vegan is not only a very important environmental issue, animal agriculture is the prime abuser of our planet’s sustainability. The global warming of Earth has drastically changed in the last 100 years, even accelerating beyond all scientific projections. The Impending climatic change is caused from combustible gases heating the atmosphere and from the plundering of our earth’s animals and resources, this is the greenhouse effect.

According to a new report from the UN, the answer is “yes.” The Guardian writes that “a global shift towards a vegan diet is vital to save the world from hunger, fuel poverty, and the worst impacts of climate change.” By 2050, our human population is expected to grow to 9.1 billon. But, as the world’s fresh water and land is over used and abused by the over 7 billion currently living, we must find the answer to this ever growing destruction of life.

Animal agriculture uses half of all usable land in the Untied States. ONE HALF. If the U.S.A switched to a vegan diet, then a growing population is not a dire issue, there would be more than enough land for more Americans.

The cost to our health is DIRECTLY affected by humans consuming meat and dairy from ani-mal agriculture. Fresh water is vital to humanity. The trees and plants, wildlife of the world and all the oceans are all reliant on fresh water sources. Humanity’s footprint, “particularly meat and dairy products,” account for 70 percent of the world’s freshwater consumption.

70 PERCENT! Let that sink in. Of course this is not sustainable for humanity or for the rest of the Earthlings that inhabit our beautiful planet. Fresh water, one of our most valuable life sources for our planet, is being sucked up by the maddening, horrifying practice of Consuming Animals. It takes the equivalent of taking a non stop shower for two months to equal the water needed to produce one hamburger. Livestock or livestock feed, occupies 1/3 of the earth’s ice-free land. 1/3 of the planet is now desert, with livestock as the leading driver.

The impact of every region on this planet that farms animals is such a remarkable waste of land and resources. 2-5 acres of land are used per single cow. (3) Can just one person make a difference by abstaining from eating animal products? In one year:

If you eat a Vegan Diet: cowmoney

How many animals saved: 202 animals

How many lbs of meat not eaten: 195 lbs.

POUNDS of CO2 not released into the atmosphere: 1,609 lbs. of CO2

This is the real cost of a Hamburger:
The Planet’s resources are depleting by the day under the crush of the BILLIONS of animals factory farmed.

Over a dozen comprehensive studies have proven that the production of meat and dairy takes a tremendous toll on the planet. Animal Agriculture generates 65 per cent of human-related nitrous oxide, which has almost 300 times the global warming poten-tial of CO2. This methane is 23 times more potent than natural C02. Unbelievably, cows alone produce 150 BILLION gallons of methane per day. Even with-out the existence of fossil fuels, we will exceed our 565 gigatonnes CO2 limit by 2030, all from animal agriculture

The USDA estimates that more than 335 million tons of “dry matter” waste is produced annually on farms in the United States, representing almost a third of the total munici-pal and industrial waste produced every year. (5) That is 100 times mores than hu-mans. A dairy farm with 2,500 cows produces as much waste as a city with around 411,000 residents. In most cases the law does not require that livestock waste be treat-ed. In North Carolina, which has more than home of 8.9 million hogs—nearly as many as its human population of 9.8 million—making it the second largest pork producer in the nation, has zero laws concerning waste management from animal farms. The Truth About Factory Farms

Waste management of factory is exacting a huge price on the environment. To deal with the manure that manure lagoons are created to decompose the waste. The risks of lagoon leakage, overflows, and illegal discharge of waste also pose a direct threat to the quality of soil and water systems. A report for the U.S. Geological Survey documented over one thousand spills and dumps of animal waste in the ten Midwestern states it surveyed over the course of three years. Manure from leaky lagoons or saturated farm fields has also been known to enter public water sources and infect hu-mans. “For example, a study of waterborne disease outbreaks from 1986 to 1998 con-ducted by the Centers for Disease Control demonstrated that in every case where the pathogen could be identified, it most likely originated in livestock.” (4)

OBX testimonial

Dear Drew and entire crew,

obxavalaurie
I truly don’t know where or how to begin to thank you all for such a life changing week at the  retreat in OBX.
When I first read of the OBX retreat, it sounded like something I’ve always wanted to do, but never saw offered before, well aside from a uber pricey canyon ranch type of place . I was slightly nervous to sign up alone, but based on the Facebook interactions I have seen, I felt confident I’d be fine. Also , I wanted to come solo so I would feel more inclined to socialize with everyone, rather than pairing off with a friend the whole week.
I’m so glad I did it that way. Every person I met was amazing, and uplifting. We were all from different states, walks of life, but all with the same goals, HEALTH.
mansion
The mansion was gorgeous! Wild horses, outside or window, and dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Now the weight loss is certainly a perk. And I need to lose some, but it wasn’t my primary goal. I’ve lost and gained a million times before. What I learned is a realistic, sustainable, and cruelty free way of health.
The juices were great. Fresh coconut water was awesome too, although at first I didn’t like it too much. Lime and acquiring a taste for it is key. I mean who even likes coffee the first 10 times ! And coffee isn’t even healthy!

obxlaurierun
The workouts were fun and challenging with just enough pushing. The staff knew when we couldn’t perform a specific exercise and offered an alternate one.Always a fun afternoon activity, and enough free time.

obx 036

I enjoyed the tele conferencing with Dr. Doug Graham that we had out of the 5 nights. Very informative.

Also the evening documentaries were eye opening. obxbobpresentation

. I learned alot. And what I think was the most helpful for me personally was the non preachy way everyone educated . We were given the facts, and the rest was up to us. I changed myself for the better. I am now vegan. Hoping for 100% raw, so far so good.I know will slip at some point , but I will keep on trying and learning.
I have continued the habits since being home, lights out at 10. Even my dog is in the habit and often goes ahead of me. I’m up at 6:30 oil pulling, body brushing , and then out for a run. Back by 8 and showered! No naps needed. I don’t eat crap so I don’t have crashes like I used too. All energy, all day! My eyes are brighter, hair softer, pants hanging off me. I haven’t weighed myself, as I don ‘t care what the number is at the moment. Health is what I’m after, and with this lifestyle I will achieve health and the tiny body. Oh,and my teeth are whiter. No need to get trays at the dentist and ingest those chemicals . The oil pulling is making it happen, naturally.juciedel
Everyone comments in how healthy I look. I feel amazing. I’m so grateful for all learned and continue to learn . I made wonderful friends. The after support is tremendous as well, and all at no cost.

You all care, and it shows so much! My retreat was the bargain of a lifetime. The best money I ever spent. And I will be a yearly attendee for life, or until you vote me off the island!!
Love to all of you!!!! Xoxox Laurie Depina

Thanks Laurie!! The retreats are so so much fun! But the best part of all is the we start coaching you a week OUT, Get you jump started and detoxing and ready to get as cleansed and lean as you can we wild organic fruit and veggies. A fabulous chance to meet some of the other attendees and the OBX Crew! The results from our last retreat were outstanding the transformations so awe inspiring, we nurture or OBX retreat guests before , during and after all events.

Heal your Liver, Heal your Metabolism

The mighty LIVER  performs over 400 functions, including filtering the blood of toxins and waste and also maintains metabolic functions.  It makes complete sense to have you liver running at optimum function if you want to heal your metabolism.

If you want to lose toxic fat and water from our body then cleanse your liver. Your liver is a huge filtering system before the toxic waste is excreted out of your digestive system.

prevent-liver-disease

It takes proper nutrition and absorption for the liver to do its’ job effectively of filtering the blood. If the liver doesn’t transform toxins into safe substances to excrete out of your body, you will bind, or feel sluggish and backed up.  If this happens, then toxins can’t leave your body effectively.

They are stored in your adipose tissue. where they will stay until your liver function improves.  Many people live this way off and on and consider it normal.

Cleansing your body with a juice cleanse is a fantastic way to feel cleansed and not bloated.   A Liver that is not healthy will have sluggish/stagnant bile flow.  The liver and Pancreas work to move the bile with waste but when it gets too thick, the toxic matter can’t flow out of the body quick enough .

People can find so many symptoms of disease will eliminate in just 5 days and feel incredible from the Cleansing of the liver. A Juice Cleanse leads to a feeling of incredible energy, lightness and is a fabulous way to jump-start a cleaner diet.
A  Mothers 5 Day Juice cleanse can really help to reset you body and prepare you for a clean diet.                                                                                                                             In FIVE days of eliminating an acidic diet, of not ingesting overt fats, salt, toxicity, dairy , meat, your body will effectively purge toxins from the liver and pancreas.

When you lose Fat from your body…

When you lose weight, where does the fat go?

losefat
Well know this FIRST: Fat cells expand when people consume more energy than they can burn. During weight loss, the cells shrink.
The fat is a very specialized cell, and it takes basically the fat we eat and it stores it in form of triglycerides, It’s doing that for the purpose of releasing it when other parts of the body need it.
Humans carry about 10 billion to 30 billion fat cells. People who are obese can have up to 100 billion.

If anyone of us overeats long and hard enough, we can increase the number of fat cells in our body. When we lose weight, we don’t lose the number of fat cells.

The size of the cells shrinks, but the capacity to expand is always there. Keep eating a low fat plant based diet and those fat cells stay small.

Cravings!!! What do they really mean?

Did you ever have the inexplicable real urge to have something salty or really sweet, sharp and tangy or chocolate and creamy?

r-FOOD-CRAVING-large570Do these cravings have anything to do with your particular body’s genetic make up, blood type or the region in where you live? Are we programmed to eat a certain way from our Ancestors?

First of all, your body is smart. If you’re not consuming enough of the right things, your body will signal you to consume foods that are high in fat and calories because it perceives that there’s famine in the land. Sadly, you may be overfed calorically but malnourished nutritionally.

Dr. David Kessler, FDA commissioner from 1990-97 and former dean of Yale’s medical school, shows that cravings are even deeper than our ancient programming.  He says, “‘Highly palatable’ foods — those containing fat, sugar and salt — stimulate the brain to release dopamine, the neurotransmitter associated with the pleasure center. In time, the brain gets wired so that dopamine pathways light up at the mere suggestion of the food, such as driving past a fast-food restaurant, and the urge to eat the food grows insistent. Once the food is eaten, the brain releases opioids, which bring emotional relief. Together, dopamine and opioids create a pathway that can activate every time a person is reminded about the particular food. This happens regardless of whether the person is hungry.”

The body gets used to the habit of answering this response. The pleasure zones are activated and satisfied. his however does NOT mean that the nutritional needs of the body have been answered.  The denseness of the food will fill a body and satiate immediate hunger. But if the body does not meet it’s nutritional needs, this will manifest itself in signals that seem to be cravings.  A “need” for a taste.

Today’s human is in a constant state of inflammation. Eating an acidic diet of meat and dairy, caffeine, alcohol, refined grains and cooked, processed foods leads to a constant auto immune state of inflammation.  This constant state of inflammation warps taste buds and the nuances of natural flavors.

The body and mind get cues of flavors to what they have experienced in their diet. But let’s take a look and what these cravings are really telling you about your bodies needs and deficiencies.

Chocolate

The BIGGIE! CHOCOLATE!! Craving for Chocolate typically means a deficiency in magnesium.  Most Americans ( 80%) are deficient in this very important mineral for optimal health, performing a wide array of biological functions like activating muscles and nerves. Magnesium creates energy in your body by activating adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Helps to digest proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Serving as a building block for RNA and DNA synthesis and It’s also a precursor for neurotransmitters like serotonin. The happy hormone.  Getting enough magnesium in your diet also helps to sleep soundly.  So the craving for CHOCOLATE is nothing to ignore. However eating excocitoxins like cacao, and fat and refined sugar in chocolate bars is not the effective way to feed your body’s needs. Magnesium can be found in so many vegetables. Deep leafy greens, nuts, pumpkin, sunflower and sesame seeds as well. It is important to remember that what you Absorb is almost as important as what you eat.  Too much calcium in your diet ( dairy) will hinder the absorption of magnesium.  The body also needs sunlight from vitamin D, this helps to activate magnesium absorption, Chlorophyll has a magnesium atom in its center, allowing the plant to utilize the energy from the sun.

SWEETNESS, SUGAR FILLED FOODS! Humans seek sweet! We do! We take our starches and add fat and sugar to make them sweet like FRUIT! Even meat and dairy get processed and cooked and sauced and sweetened to mimic a fruit meal. Same with grains. Humans seek Sweet! So what does this mean regarding cravings?  Well, during the course of a humans day, every single cell runs of sugar!  Carbohydrates! Fruit contain so many essential 487877nutrients and FIBER in each little package of nature’s candy. Your body craving sugar could mean a few things.  Deficiencies can be in tryptophan, sulphur, phosphorus, carbon and chromium. These nutrients can be found in: fruits, veggies and nuts, specifically broccoli, grapes, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower and sweet potatoes.

When I tell my clients to aim eating 1,000 calories of fruit by noon, after a few days they always remark on their drop in cravings for sugary foods.

breadpasta_720x430px_1PASTA and BREADS –  James Braly, MD, in his book, Dangerous Grains, says that “Part of this comfort comes from our inability to digest fully some parts of the grain. Undigested partial proteins, or peptides, found in gluten cereals have morphine-like properties, becoming potent drugs once they enter the blood stream. ”

Many people develop cravings due to the pleasant feelings these cause. At the root cause of the craving though is the body’s desire to work effectively. Nutrient deficiencies can be sneaky, too. Unless you are seriously deficient for some time, you may notice no symptoms at all, leading you to believe (falsely) that your body is getting all the nutrition you need. The bodies’ cell replacement and tissue repair all require nitrogen for production of new cells. Although nitrogen is abundant in the environment, humans cannot directly use it from the air or soil, but instead depend on microbes and green plants to convert it into form our bodies can use. Your body is constantly recycling nitrogen from amino acids. If amino acids are not used for protein synthesis, they can be broken into components, including nitrogen, to produce energy. Nitrogen can also be used to make other types of compounds that aren’t proteins, such as the heme in hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in red blood cells.  Bread and Pasta with their indigestible proteins create the need for nitrogen even more in an already depleted diet of the availability of nitrogen.  Nitrogen can be found in again in plenty of dark green veggies, nuts and seeds, like kale, collards and Spinach.  Bread and Pasta have ZERO fiber,  refining process, bread is stripped of its healthy elements including bran and germ. This means most of the vitamins and minerals are lost leaving you with nothing but a mucus forming – adding butter fat and oils make pasta bread and entirely junk food.Fried-chicken-ppcorn

FAT and OIL, FRIED FOODS – The Average American Eats 16 Pounds of French Fries a Year WHOA!  Adding fried food to your daily diet will make your blood throughout your body thick with sludge.  Led by  research fellow in the Dept. of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH), and At Pan of the National University of Singapore’s Sow Swee School of Public Health, the researchers examined data from more than 100,000 men and women over about 25 years. They found that people who ate fried food at least once per week, (Just Once a Week!!)….had a greater risk of both type 2 diabetes and heart disease, and that the risk increased as the frequency of fried food consumption increased.

But what does it means when your body wants a crunch of fatty foods? It is not your body craving fat. Certainly with a diet of mostly cooked food, the masticating muscles that trigger the flow of digestive juices need a workout. Crave the process. When eating it is so easy to wolf in hundreds to a thousand calories in cooked high fat foods, with no fiber, but a with high fat, juicy crunch. To eat food unaltered in it’s ripe, juicy form such as mangoes, that are 65-100 calories each, would take time. To eat the same amount of calories as a cooked meal, mangoes would take time and effort. Chewing, and digesting the fiber, nutrient dense food fills the body.  The mind gets many signals that the stomach is full., after eating for 20 minutes. To eat a crunchy oil and crust cheese pizza would likely take 20 minutes to eat 3-5 slices. Each slice has 300 calories with 13% fat each slice. Or, in 20 minutes you could eat 3-5 mangoes as well, 100 calories each with .07% fat each mango.

Calcium seems to be the nutrient deficiency in the overt craving for fried foods. Once again the beauty in getting more Calcium in your diet is to eat the naturally green leafy veggies, but also know that how your body absorbs the nutrition, will dictate the calcium deficiency. Eating enough of the many of the food in their natural form will benefit your bodies ability to operate and function at peak health.milk-fracture

However eating an acidic diet actually robs your bodies calcium sources.Diets high in animal and nondairy animal protein were linked to high urinary excretions of calcium, whereas plant-protein diets were linked inversely to calcium excretion (AJCN). Osteoporosis in Asia: Crossing the Frontiers, edited by E.M.C. Lau et. al (World Scientific Press) Part of the China Study from Dr. T. Colin Campbell, which basically shows how acidic dairy and animal protein is to the human system. In order for the alkaline human body to operate and function there must be a low  level of acidity. The human body use phosphorous which is combined with calcium in bone cells. This leakage of CALCIUM and PHOSPHOROUS is costly to the health of a human body.  In the section on sweet foods, a craving for phosphorous is noted.

Eating a diet rich in green leafy greens, broccoli, Figs, Dates, Plums and a variety and delicious ripe fresh foods will ensure your body can get the Calcium.  Abstaining from foods that cause an inflammatory reaction if the only way to insure the human body will ABSORB the nutrition.

salty foods

SALTY CRAVINGS – First of all to really taste food, it’s really important to limit seasoning and adding salt to it. Avoiding anything that causes inflammation and coats your taste buds is another way to really taste the full flavor in food rather than shaking salt all over your food. Adding srong spices and condiments are more or less irritating to the mucous linings of the intestinal tract and gradually numb the nerves of taste.  At first they stimulate the digestive organs, but like all other stimulants, will promote weakness and atrophy..

From Foodnsport.comOur bodies do require sodium, in the small amounts naturally occurring in whole plant foods. However, extracted from any source, is an irritant and is toxic to the body. It causes a decay of the sense of taste, retards digestion/excretion, and impairs the critical cellular potassium/sodium ratio upsetting our natural water balance. Drinking sea water causes dehydration and results in death in only a few days due to the salt content; extracting the salt from the water and ingesting it leads in the same direction. “You would not drink ocean water, as the salt in it is vile, caustic, irritating and in quantity, deadly, even though it is diluted by a lot of water.” Remember what salt has been used for in the past centuries. To embalm mummies and petrify flesh.

But what does it mean when humans having a craving for a salty food?  Once again this is most likely an imbalance to the overall diet. It is not only what a person is eating, or not eating but how their body is absorbing the nutrition. A need for chromium or sodium can present itself in a need for a salty taste. Vegetables from tomatoes to celery are loaded with sodium however, they are in a perfect package to be digested.  The way it was meant to be for humans, loaded with the minerals and vitamins and fiber that work in concert together to give proper nutrition to humans.
